We recommend cleaning your jewelry using a gentle soap, warm water, and a soft bristle toothbrush.

Most Adel Chefridi designs have a satin finish and may not take to a polishing cloth as expected. If tarnish or buildup occurs the jewelry can be washed with a soft bristled tooth brush and a small amount of mild dish soap and warm water. Make sure the piece is thoroughly rinsed and dried completely with a soft cloth or soft paper towel. It is important that the piece is completely dry before being worn or stored, residual water will speed up tarnishing. Store your jewelry in a pouch or covered jewelry box located in a clean, dry place.

Pieces containing more delicate gems such as pearls, emeralds, tanzanites, labradorites and moonstones, should not be put in an ultrasonic or come in contact with any chemical cleaners. Diamonds, rubies, and sapphires are harder, more resilient stones and can be cleaned in an ultrasonic. We discourage the use of chemical cleaners on any jewelry.

A polishing cloth can be used to clean the chains, but should not be used on pendants, rings, earrings, or bracelets. To clean the chain fold the polishing cloth over the chain and gently run the chain through while holding the cloth. Be very gentle and apply little pressure when doing so to prevent breaking the chain.

Store your jewelry separately in a pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratching.

Always remove jewelry when engaging in any high impact activity that could damage or cause the loss of your jewelry, such as exercising, gardening, or using abrasive cleaning products.

Remove you jewelry when applying cosmetics and lotion. This can cause a build up of grime, which diminishes your jewelry's natural sheen and beauty.

We recommend insuring your jewelry to provide an extra layer of security in case of theft, loss, and damage. 

Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt will usually satisfy the requirements of your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your agent to find out what specific documentation they need for your policy.

At Adel Chefridi, each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted in our studio and undergoes thorough quality control to ensure excellence. We offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defects.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.

To maintain the integrity and value of your piece, all servicing and repairs must be carried out exclusively by Adel Chefridi jewelers. Using alternate jewelers may result in damage or irreversible changes to your jewelry, and will void your warranty.
