Shipping & Returns
We offer a full refund to the purchaser if items are returned, unworn, unsized in their original condition within 15 days of purchase or delivery - and store credit if returned within 30 days. Gifts may be returned by the recipient for store credit only. All custom work and special orders are non-returnable. All sample sale items are non-returnable.
To return or exchange your purchase or gift, please call (845) 684-5185 or email customerservice@chefridi.com before sending jewelry to the studio.
No returns, exchanges or refunds include the shipping fee unless stated otherwise.
Each piece of Adel Chefridi jewelry is handmade with the utmost attention to quality and detail. It can take up to six weeks to make a piece that is not in stock. Please note these production times do not include time in transit with the shipping carrier.
We encourage our customers with special events and important deadlines to contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate for your special days. If you are ordering jewelry for an important event or date, it is always best to call and confirm with us so you know it will arrive in time.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Most shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer liable.
Each Adel Chefridi piece goes through quality inspection before leaving our studio. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact customerservice@chefridi.com
