We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic full time, on-site Sales Associate to join our retail team in Rhinebeck NY. If you enjoy working in a creative environment and building relationships with a loyal clientele, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the store
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Driving sales and meeting targets
• Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
• Inventory management
• Website maintenance and order fulfillment
• Processing repairs and shipping orders
• Assisting with social media content and engagement

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and goal-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and growing within our team.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience in fine jewelry or luxury sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Availability to work during store hours, including weekends
• Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems and online order processing is a plus
